Spring is here! Look for bugs while working on expanding from the single word level to 2-3 word phrases. Targets: expanding with negation and the carrier phrase "I see...". Directions: Choose a petal and have the child state "I see.. ", if there is a bug underneath, or "no bugs". Discard the petals in the given area and put the bugs in the jar as they are found.
