Small Group Guided Reading Anecdotal Label
Avery template 5163 can be used with this label. This is a great label to add to your anecdotal notebook to document your small group instruction. It includes reading strategies, fluency strategies, a place to record what the student is working on for writing and word work skills. There is also a space to record student comprehension.
