This past year, a teacher requested an OT consultation for a 7th-grade student who was struggling in their math class and presented with visual perceptual deficits. The class was working on plotting the X/Y axis, and the student demonstrated difficulty plotting lines in the correct location. After some discussion and experimenting, I developed these modified versions of X/Y Graph paper with visual supports that I wanted to share.
