Welcome to FUNctional OT Learning cooking! My students look forward to our weekly cooking sessions which focus on the fine motor, sensory, and functional processes of cooking. With the picture recipe, students also work on number identification (numbers 1-4), left to right tracking/pre-reading skills, and emergent reading and sight words. At the end of group, students are given the opportunity to identify whether they enjoyed the cooking treat and write or stamp their name on the recipe to bring
