Keeping data in early intervention while working with a young child can be difficult! I have tried many different ways to track data and progress and these new data sheets are my favorite. Track receptive and expressive language along with any other goals you are targeting. Having all your data from past sessions on one or two sheets of paper makes writing progress notes so much easier!
These data sheets are similar to my other data sheets but I found that I like having more space to write expressive language utterances. This updated format provides more room to track goals and has space for 3 sessions per page.
Young children will love joining in with you as you target speech and language goals with this easy to make crocodile. This handout provides pictures and descriptions of this fun activity. Also listed are social, expressive, and receptive language goals, materials needed, and a fun verbal routine that children will quickly want to join! Use this handout for yourself and make copies to give to parents and caregivers.
