About the store
I have taught at the elementary level for more than 20 years in a high needs area. Students love you for being their rock and depend on you because their needs are great. I love the joy found in teaching the littles. I also enjoy creating learning tools and games for my students because the joy of teaching is seeing them need you less.

My own education history

I graduated from University of California, Davis with a BA in Religious Studies and a minor in Human Development. Then I received my multiple subject teaching credential from California State University, Sacramento focusing on bilingual and multicultural education. Since I am in a low performing high poverty school, I have received countless hours of professional development including balanced literacy, common core, and writing instruction.
