In this activity students answer questions about how butterfly parts are similar to the plants. The second page involves putting a moth and plant in order of complete life cycle from beginning, growth, development, reproduction, and death. The third assessment is matching the butterfly life cycle to the stages of the frogs.

After researching an animal the student will choose which tools they used to research it, what characteristics, and then generate a paragraph to show what they learned.

Choose whether or not it is beneficial or harmful for the environment. I used this with Alternate portfolio with special needs students.
