Crosswords and maths very rarely go together however, this resource is perfect for mixing up maths lessons and also helps students with their literacy. It has always surprised me how poor some students are at spelling numbers!
This resource includes a crossword with and without pictures along with the solution. All questions will challenge students knowledge of the 12 times tables. You may want to use this as a starter, plenary or even a timed task. Feel free to use with or without calculators
