About the store
I am in my 7th year of teaching, and year four of teaching Gifted and Talented Education (GaTE). After teaching 2nd grade and Kindergarten for three years, it was time for a change! I pursued my Masters of Science in Gifted Education and haven't looked back! It was the best career change I could have asked for. I'm finally in a position where I am free to teach what I want, guided by our Gifted standards, which promote thinking, creativity, and executive skills! It's what learning and teaching was always meant to be!

These cards can be used as quick images in the classroom to help your students with place value for tens and ones! With the CCRS, there is an increased need for students to be able to see objects grouped into 10s and some 1s for efficient counting. What better way to practice than with some quick flash cards! These could also be used for a Math center as a matching activity - students match the picture of the blocks with the correct equation. Use it however you need in your classroom! This
