This is a behavior management plan that is done in color chevron. You start all students on green. If students are good they move up to blue or pink. If students are bad they move down to yellow or red. This is an adaptation of a previously seen behavior systems, but I use less colors. I found that this many colors is just the right amount. Also, if students moved above the cart then we said they were "Off the chart!" I use clothes pins with the students names on them to move students up and dow
