This word sort allows students to cut out the words and paste them into the boxes to which they belong. The students will sort the following word types a_e, i_e, ce, and ci. This is a great center activity that the students can do by themselves and without much assistance. Also can be used as homework.

I love to use my SmartBoard whenever possible to engage my students. The Common Core standards have added fun activities that engage my students.

I was grade chair of 2nd grade for 2 years. I have worked on many different committees as the chair including the yearbook.
My own education history
I graduated from Georgia Southern with a degree in Early Childhood Education in 2006. I completed my Masters in 2010.
