Students get to create, capture and calculate additive volume in this hands-on project. Students are asked to find or create 5 composite rectangular prisms using objects in the classroom. They are then asked to take a picture of each and insert in a GoogleSlide presentation. Finally, students are asked to find the measurement of each prism and label on the slide.

Students create Halloween "potions" that explore mixtures and solutions. Students will discuss how they separate the potions and begin discussions on what mixture and solution is.

Scientific and Inquiry Practices Posters, each with a student-friendly "I Can" statement. One investigation sheet per practice and 1 investigation sheet with all practices.

Students will research the habitat of a given animal using this handy organizer.

Students will create a food chain using this helpful planning sheet.
