This product is intended to increase math academic vocabulary. It is designed to take a couple of minutes a day and is separated into days so that the word is explained, described, discussed, and worked out. This can be used on daily announcements because the words are specifically designed to cover multiple (sometimes all) grade levels. Students will begin to read word problems more carefully and think more in depth for each problem. This warm up template takes time to perfect. Students will be frustrated and it will take a long time, but if you stick with it, the results are amazing! Students will start to think more critically and it will become easier and easier as the year goes on. You can manipulate each day’s number or question to fit the standard you are working on. Also, you can use this to spiral revie
