About the store

Experience

I am the creator and lead designer at Genius Math Lab, where I specialize in developing targeted, "snack-sized" educational resources. My focus is on creating consistent, high-quality math workbooks that bridge the gap between basic number sense and complex multi-digit operations. Having developed over 70 reading exercises and a full series of addition mastery books, I understand that children learn best when practice is consistent, clear, and uncluttered.

Teaching style

My resources follow the "Math Snack" philosophy: 10–15 minutes of daily, focused practice designed to build confidence without overwhelming the student. I believe in a "Clean & Clear" design, using bold black-and-white line art that is easy to print, easy to read, and fun to color. By keeping the layout consistent across my series, I help students focus on the math skills rather than trying to figure out a new worksheet format every day.

Awards & shining teacher moments

The most rewarding part of my work is hearing from teachers and parents who see a "lightbulb" moment in their students. Whether it’s a child finally mastering 2-digit regrouping or completing their first Sudoku puzzle, these small wins are what Genius Math Lab is all about. I am proud to provide resources that include "Rockstar Certificates" to celebrate these milestones!

My own education history

I have a background in instructional design and digital resource creation. I am constantly researching best practices in elementary mathematics and place-value strategies to ensure every Genius Math Lab worksheet aligns with essential learning standards (CCSS) while remaining engaging for young learners.

Additional biographical information

When I’m not designing math worksheets, I am a fan of classic automotive design (especially the Toyota Sera!) and enjoy bringing that same eye for detail into my educational art. My mission is to provide teachers with "no-prep" tools that make classroom management easier and help every child feel like a math genius.
