About the store

Experience

Currently, I teach Geometry, Honors Geometry, and Algebra 3 at my high school alma mater in Oklahoma. We are one of the few schools that continue to teach on a block schedule. I have over 25 years in the classroom. During that time, I have taught Pre-Kindergarten, 7th grade math, 8th grade math, Algebra 1, Pre-Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, Math of Finance, and College Algebra.

Teaching style

I like using structured notes that are easy for students to read and implementing notebooks to keep students organized. I am ALWAYS looking for new ideas that present concepts to my students in a fun and exciting way. My classroom seating is arranged in groups so that students can work together instead of in rows.
