Open House Wish Jar
Get a jar (any type) and add the “Wish Jar” label to the outside by printing out page 3. You can laminate it and glue it onto a jar or just use double sided tape. Print wish cards on cardstock (either black and white or color) and leave them out at open house. Parents can fill out something that they wish for their students. It could be academic, personal, behavior… whatever they want their student to do this year! After Open House read them to find out more about the students. Keep the wishes

My own education history
Throughout high school I always wanted to be a teacher. I was an officer in Future Educators Association. I went to Kennesaw State University and went in as an education major. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Reading Endorsement. I also just graduated with my Masters of Education in Instructional Technology
