Use this handy graphing sheet for sorting and graphing M&Ms. Students can either use M&Ms on the sheet (laminated or not) or they can color in the graph to show what colors of M&Ms they had (before they ate them!) Hope this is helpful!

I use this weather graph during my morning meeting. Each day, my weather helper decides what he/she thinks the weather is like today and colors in one box on the graph. We count and do other activities as the graph becomes filled in and then we keep each month's graph in the science area to compare month to month. Hope this graph is helpful for you! In this "scavenger hunt" type activity, students search for pictures hidden throughout your classroom (or wherever you choose to hide them). When they find a picture, they record it on their graph. In my own preschool classroom, I plan on using this as a small group activity. I might have the students partner up...I haven't decided yet! But this could also be done as a large group activity if your students are older and can work more independently.
