Blue, Yellow, and Teal colored assortment of boarders and backgrounds. They are already in Power Point for 8.5 x11. (ppt shrinks this to 10 x 7.5 so that the printer will print everything nicely!) These were originally created for 8.5 x 11 at 300 dpi. so image will not have any pixelation stretch when you stretch it to that size to print.
2nd file included says web view is to be used if you don't want to print these and need a small document. If in doubt use the print version of the powerpoint
