Theatre is an art that belongs to us all! Through play and acting, you can increase accessibility, creativity, and improve learning outcomes in your classroom or learning context. I aim to share arts methods and resources that will support you in the work you already do, improve learner success, and nurture the healthy learning spaces we all crave.
I have worked in public schools in Washington and Tennessee, spent over 20 years working in a theatre camp setting, and have served educational theatre for a non-profit community theatre. I am a current masters student in acting while also teaching theatre to undergraduate students.
My key passions in the educational world are:
--healthy learners, healthy teachers
--increased access to theatre methods to apply in any learning context
--actor training for the modern world, for all ages
--improving literacy through play and theatre
