Experience
I spent the last five years teaching and tutoring Computer Science and Math. Before that, I was a professional Computer Scientist in the corporate world for many years. This included many years at a large oil company and five years at the Johnson Space Center.
Teaching style
My teaching style is very project oriented and hands on. This includes both individual and team efforts. I try to bring in as many real-world activities from my past experience as possible. I believe in significant amounts of individual and group tutoring for students who are having trouble understanding the material. I try to teach everything in two or more ways so that students get a clear understanding from different angles.

Masters in Computer Science, Bachelors in Mathematics
