Gifted Guide

Students create their own restaurant, menu and signature item to serve for the judges. In groups, students research regions of the US, choose a food theme, design a menu and create their restaurant. During the event, students bring in their signature dish and serve samples to the celebrity judges. Students learn about financing, marketing, chemistry, and public speaking.
