Gifted and Talented Transformation Activity
This fun creative thinking activity challenges students to think outside of the box. It reinforces the concepts of fluent and flexible thinking. It is designed for Kinder or 1st grade students, but could be adapted for 2nd or 3rd. Lesson time is between 30-45 minutes.

Desert Writing Page (accompanies Desert Enrichment Unit)
This is a simple writing page for primary students. It is designed to accompany the two week Desert Enrichment Unit that focuses on creative thinking. The Enrichment Unit teaches fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. It can be used whole class or in a center/station.

Teaching style
I enjoy providing engaging, hands-on learning for my students. I want students to love learning and creating. I want them to learn the curriculum while also learning other important leadership and executive functioning skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, organization and communication.
