Editable building blocks that match classroom rules. I start EVERY class by singing these rules together. Each rule has a corresponding star. If they follow expectations they keep all stars and have a reward (based on how many stars they end with). In the last few minutes, we review how we did and discuss what went well and how we can improve, then I issue the reward.
