Teaching style
First, know each child you teach. Each child is special and has a unique learning style. Connect with every parent and teach them the importance of staying involved in their child's academic, social, personal and extra-curricular lives. Stay positive in the classroom and encourage the students to visualize the week ahead with a set target, the month ahead with a team project, and the quarter focus on going way beyond! Build confidence in every child and help them find the strength daily to read, write, and share their created works in front of a group with a strong voice. Smile and be happy. .
