During this project, students will explore gravity while trying to build a better tree that will hold all the letters of the alphabet. This product contains seven days' worth of lesson plans (30 minutes a piece), a PowerPoint that will walk you and your students through the project, and recording/planning sheets.

It takes 5 times of repeated instruction to get a concept to stick. Well, here's three days' worth of instruction for you! Day 1 we trace, Day 2 we identify sounds, and Day 3 we recognize and read!

This bundle contains stories for the letters of the alphabet, short vowel sounds, long vowel sounds, diagraphs, vowel teams, glued sounds and more. Each story comes with the sound skill, words to mark, and a decodable story. I've also included a page on how to mark up the words. Marking words help students decode words easier.

Students will learn about holidays from England, Israel, Africa, China, and Mexico. Included are crafts/activities for each location and a passport page where students can color in where they are, draw a flag, and write what they learned.

Your students will enjoy reviewing math skills such as ordering numbers, addition and subtraction, and fact families all while getting in the holiday spirit by building snowmen, catching snowflakes, marching with penguins, and stuffing stockings.

Use this tool to encourage students to behave. For every good thing they do or compliment they get, give them a number or two. When the picture is finished, give them a class prize! You will get 5 easy pictures and 10 challenging pictures.
