About the store
I began my teaching career in the fall of 2019 during my senior year of college, teaching Pre-K right before COVID turned the education world upside down. Since then, I’ve taught 5th-grade ELA, 3rd-grade ELA, 3rd-grade all subjects, and now I’m in my second year teaching 8th-grade science. My background across multiple grades and subjects has shaped the way I create resources — practical, engaging, and ready for real classrooms.

About the store

Experience

I began my teaching career in the fall of 2019 during my senior year of college, teaching Pre-K right before COVID turned the education world upside down. Since then, I’ve taught 5th-grade ELA, 3rd-grade ELA, 3rd-grade all subjects, and now I’m in my second year teaching 8th-grade science. My background across multiple grades and subjects has shaped the way I create resources — practical, engaging, and ready for real classrooms.

Teaching style

I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of great teaching. My classroom style blends structure, humor, and hands-on learning to help students feel seen, supported, and excited to learn. Whether it’s an interactive Google Slides activity or a simple daily routine, I design resources that make learning fun and manageable for both students and teachers.

Awards & shining teacher moments

While I haven’t earned official awards, my greatest accomplishments are the connections I’ve built with my students. Their trust, growth, and excitement for learning are what make teaching meaningful for me. Those moments — the small wins, the breakthroughs, the relationships — are the true “awards” that inspire everything I create.

My own education history

I hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, and Specialist degree in Early Childhood Education. My training helps me understand how students learn at all levels, and I bring that foundation into every resource I design — from primary grades to middle school.

Additional biographical information

I live in rural South Georgia with my husband and son. I am actually teaching at the same school I went to growing up. I’ve always loved creating things for my classroom, and sharing those resources with other teachers feels like a natural next step. My goal is to make teaching easier and more enjoyable by offering activities that are low-prep, engaging, and adaptable to different classrooms. Whether you’re a new teacher or a veteran, I hope my resources save you time and spark joy in your students.
