I am a former preschool teacher and director, and I created this set of classroom decorations and posters for Reggio Emilia classrooms, Montessori classrooms, Waldorf classrooms, and anyone who's looking for more soothing neutral colors in their early childhood space. You have the option to edit some of the things in Google Slides (the labels/cubby tags, and the birthday display), but this product is also designed to be print-ready for teachers who are not tech savvy. Are you looking for a list of standards or milestones to use as an assessment or to help you choose age-appropriate math activates for your 3-year-old class (3-4 years)? Common Core does not cover the 3 year old year, but many states have their own learning standards for preschool. This one-page handout describes pre-math milestones that students should be hitting by around 48 months (their 4th birthday). Since students turn 4 during their PreK 3 year, I have described them as goals to work towa

The activities in this kit are Montessori-inspired ways to practice numbers 0-10. They isolate concepts and are simple enough to be clear to young learners while offering enough variety to reinforce number sense

I created these because all the coordinate activates I found had too many squares for my kindergartener. I wanted to introduce grids as a pre-math/pre-coding activity for her. I knew she could comprehend the concept, but the activity needed to be shorter. The third picture shown (of the tree) is her work. The download includes five different picture puzzles and an answer key.

These worksheets are thoughtfully designed to reinforce the idea that 6 is 1 more than 5, 7 is 2 more than 5, etc. They also help students see a link between ten frames, fingers, tally marks, and addition. My students achieved a new level of mental addition when the "Find the Number 6" worksheet helped them connect the visual look of 6 with the concept of 5 + 1.
