It's ten short sentences, each with a bolded word; the students must identify the case of the bolded word in a blank. It's simple and effective without being too stressful for the students.

I believe that the written corpora left to us by ancient societies are the best means by which we can understand the people who wrote them-- and that we can only do by gaining an excellent understanding of their grammar. I proudly advocate the grammar-translation method and use it in my classroom. I also support and use spoken Latin and Greek as a means to reinforce grammatical knowledge.
