I am a Speech and Language Therapist and special needs educator with over 20 years of experience working with children and families across South Africa and internationally. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Cape Town and have worked in private practice, schools, multidisciplinary clinics and early intervention settings. I have worked on many countries across the world including Singapore, Dubai, the UK, Mauritius and Zambia.
My work is grounded in developmental, relationship-based approaches, with a strong foundation in DIR®/Floortime, early communication, sensory processing and play-based learning. I have extensive experience supporting children with communication differences, developmental delays and social-emotional needs, and I am passionate about helping adults understand how children learn through connection, movement and meaningful interaction.
Through my work in therapy, training and teacher education, I create practical, user-friendly resources that bridge theory and real-world practice. Each resource is designed to be easy to use, developmentally informed and grounded in everyday classroom and therapy experiences.
