This is a fun craft where students can demonstrate their ability to write similes, metaphors, or both. Since it's google slides, you can customize in any way you would like. You can even delete "metaphor" from the body of the butterfly, and "simile" from the stem of the flower to use it for something totally different! There are pre-assembled blanks of each as well, in case you'd rather let your students color instead of using colored paper.

I made this using an article and modified the unit 2 test questions to make them fit this. It is not as long as the actual test.

Allow students to research Christmas in any country, and complete the worksheet to show their learning. I've included a link for the research!
