It contains vocabulary, questions ranging in difficulty about factors and multiples, and word problem based questions that challenge students to choose the correct information from the text portion and use it properly to achieve the correct answer. Contains an answer key.

This is a collection of four word problems that force students to either use the area model or standard algorithm to solve multi-digit multiplication problems. There are numbers and statements in the problems that are meant to make the students read and re-read the word problems to pick out the pertinent information.

This is a collection of three word problems which force students to use either the area model or standard algorithm to solve for one digit times multi-digit multiplication. This was used for independent practice, but could be a good exit ticket with time allotted.
