I am a dedicated and highly skilled educator and program manager with over twelve years of diverse experience across various educational settings in the United States. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to improving student outcomes and fostering collaborative relationships with schools, districts, and educational professionals. Currently, as a Program Coordinator for the Title I program in Florida, I am responsible for coordinating and monitoring tutoring programs, frequently communicating with schools and districts to ensure schedules and programs are tailored to the needs of each student. My role involves analyzing educational data, making necessary adjustments to the programs, and ensuring compliance with district requirements. Prior to this, I served as an Exceptional Student Education Teacher in Florida for four years, where I was deeply involved in managing individualized education programs (IEPs). I led IEP meetings, made data-driven decisions, and developed measurable goals to enhance student progress. My ability to maintain accurate records and collaborate with regular education teachers allowed me to effectively monitor and support students' academic achievements and ensure compliance with district regulations. Throughout my career, I have honed my organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, thriving in roles that demand attention to detail and the ability to adapt programs to meet the unique needs of students and educational institutions. In addition to my experience as a Program Coordinator and Exceptional Student Education Teacher, I also bring over five years of valuable experience working in the Head Start Program, particularly as an Education Specialist. I took on a range of roles that allowed me to develop a deep understanding of early childhood education and the importance of comprehensive, collaborative approaches to supporting both students and staff. As an Education Specialist, I worked closely with an interdisciplinary team to assess children's progress, develop tailored learning plans, and address behavioral and educational challenges. I collaborated with parents and Head Start management, including Family Service Specialists and Center Directors, to ensure a holistic approach to children's development. A significant aspect of my role was supervising a team of 20-25 teachers and center aides, overseeing their professional development and ensuring that classroom environments met program standards. This experience, combined with my work in program coordination and special education, has allowed me to develop a comprehensive skill set in educational leadership, staff development, and student-centered program management.
