The last page I added about their personal information because I cannot believe how many of my students need to practice these things! I do like to print new ones for the students that color them, but it is super easy to use a dry-erase marker and wipe them off when you are finished with the activity. I am a huge fan of holding students responsible for their actions. I have students that question why they have the consequences they do, so I created this "self-reflection" to do just that! I do it 3 times a day and it only takes about 5 minutes. My students have actually begun looking forward to our self-reflection times. On the blank versions, I have my students draw something. I have also printed pictures for my students that are hand-over-hand that they can glue.
