Print these out on labels and use for any reader response center! I print out a sheet for each kid and have them keep them in their center folder to use when they are responding to reading.

This is a form I have students place in the clear cover of their take home folder. They use a overhead marker and fill it out at the end of each day. It is a great way for students to reflect on their behavior from the day and parents to know how their child is doing each day.

Use this sheet for any spelling center. Students can practice with their words. Can be used week after week!
