About the store
I have taught pre-k, 2nd grade, 3rd grade. and 5th grade over the last 17 years and loved all the grade levels-each one with their own special parts, but now have found my true passion teaching K-6 gifted and talented students. I am the Gifted and Talented lead teacher at my school and do a combination of pull-out and push-in services for our GT learners. I love coming up with ways to stretch their brains, be creative and think outside, on top of, around, and through the box! I believe creativity has a real place in our classrooms and easily gets lost. My goal is to find more ways to help teachers use creative ways to help students think creatively and critically and foster those problem-solving skills that they will need for their and our future!

Experience

Teaching style
I am a hands-on and verbal learner myself, so I try to teach in ways that will give students with different learning styles ways to absorb their learning. I love to provide activities with stem or creation extensions where students can express themselves and their learning styles. I also am a canva and google slides lover and hate to waste paper so I try to teach using discussion,

I have two wonderful daughters. I love spending time with them and making memories! We love animals and have mice, a rabbit, a gecko, 2 dogs, and a fish tank! I don't know how they keep accumulating. :)
