Experience

Welcome! I'm Kira, an early childhood educator passionate about creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences for young children. In this store you'll find resources designed with real preschool classrooms in mind—activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and meaningful learning while supporting busy teachers. My goal is to create materials that are practical, developmentally appropriate, and fun for both children and educators.

Teaching style

I have worked in early childhood education for several years and currently teach in an ECEAP preschool classroom. Throughout my career, I have supported children with diverse learning needs, partnered with families, and created play-based learning opportunities that help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Every resource I create is inspired by real experiences in the classroom and designed to be easy to implement.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Some of my proudest teaching moments come from helping children discover their confidence, supporting families through important milestones, and advocating for resources that help every child succeed. Whether it's seeing a child recognize their name for the first time, use new communication skills, or proudly share their learning with others, these everyday victories are what make teaching so rewarding.

My own education history

I earned my Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and am completing my Bachelor's degree through the University of Washington. My education has strengthened my understanding of child development, family engagement, inclusive practices, and developmentally appropriate teaching strategies that I use every day in the classroom.

Additional biographical information

When I'm not teaching or creating resources, you'll usually find me reading, spending time with my cats, exploring local parks and trails, or working on new ideas for my classroom. I love sharing creative activities and practical tools that help make learning meaningful and enjoyable for young children.
