I wrote this book because I wanted a good informative book about bats that was appropriate for my Kindergarteners. It contains some really interesting facts about bats (the only mammal that flies) along with fun, simple activities to go along with most pages. A fun topic for Halloween or a science topic. Children think learning about bats is cool! It is important for children to learn that bats are a unique, helpful animal!
