I use this interactive literary genres digital anchor chart to introduce weekly texts in my classroom. It can be printed to keep in a notebook or uploaded to a virtual classroom as a student reference. Elementary students can explore the genres by using the YouTube read aloud hyperlinks. You may use the K-5 picture book samples selected or edit to choose your own. Throughout the year, students may use it as a checklist for their own reading journey.
