Social Studies / Math cross-curricular project centered around the picture book If the World Were 100 People by Jackie McCann & Aaron Cushley. We read the book together and then students go through the questions within the package. This project explores inequity in the world by looking at things such as geography, education, literacy rates, access to food and clean water, etc. Students explore these by turning fractions to decimals and percentages, graphing them, and then reflecting on some
