This is an exponent properties quiz. There are 8 questions and an error analysis. An error analysis is a question where the problem and answer are given and the students have to figure out why the answer given is wrong. This quiz is also a half sheet front and back. If you print it front and back, you should be able to cut it half!! The answer key is included:)
This is perfect for having your students solve systems of linear equations in many ways! The students will solve the system of linear equations using: - A table - A graph - The algebraic method I did this in my classroom with students and it helped them see the solution is the same no matter which way you solve the equations. It also gave them practice using all three methods so they could better choose which was most comfortable for them. There is also an Easel activity!
This is a perfect worksheet for a homework assignment or even to quickly assess your students knowledge!! Students will have to select whether each of the equations, graphs, tables or situations are linear or exponential. I have done this with my own class and it went wonderfully! It helps for the students to see these examples in all of the different contexts. To extend this worksheet, you could even have them create situations for the equations, graphs, and tables. For the equations, you co
