I used this as a supplemental worksheet during our genetics unit, when we were talking about sexual and asexual reproduction. If you have not introduced this yet, there is a short definition and explanation at the top. Then students have to read the reproduction events to determine the type of reproduction is taking place, and the cells that are doing it.
This review worksheet was used as a supplemental activity during the OpenSciEd Genetics unit on Buff cows. This covers Lessons 1-7 of that unit. Good for study guides, after long breaks, or just as a refresher! Two versions are included for a variety of literacy levels.
I used this for a start of our science safety week! It's good for students to get the lay of the land in your classroom, especially in a science room. Students will go around the room and try to get a blackout bingo! Encourage them with prizes and rewards.
