Hatfield's Mathematicians

Students will calculate the percent of change from prices in the 1970s to now. They will look at 12 different items and enter their answers into the Google Form. It will not let them move on to the next item until they get the answer correct. Answer key included. I had them show their work on a separate sheet of paper.

Students will use integer operation rules to unlock codes and break out of this digital escape room. (includes adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing integers)

Students find the percent of change and as they answer the questions correctly, the mystery picture is revealed. (Gingerbread man)
