3D printing for Elementary School Students - Presentation and Hands-on Activity

In this download you'll find a presentation and activity write up I used for my elementary STEM students. Ideally, it's best if this is used with grades 2-5, but it can be adapted to K-1 by shortening the presentation or skipping it all together. The activity was a huge hit because kids absolutely learn best through hands-on learning. I found that this lesson works best if followed by an actual 3D printing demonstration but a good quality 3D printing video demo will work too.

Adolescence is a powerful and emotionally raw series that dives deep into the inner world of a teenage boy navigating isolation, identity, and the aching absence of meaningful adult connection. More than a commentary on modern dangers like online influence, the series reveals a timeless truth: when teens lack a trusted adult to see, hear, and value them, their emotional pain can quietly spiral into crisis. This guide invites parents, educators, and caregivers to reflect not only on the show’s ev
