Experience

I bring 18 years of experience in special education, supporting diverse learners with a wide range of needs. Over the years, I’ve developed resources that focus on accessibility, differentiation, and student engagement, making learning more manageable and meaningful for all students. My materials are designed to save teachers time while providing effective tools that work in real classrooms.

Teaching style

My teaching style is student-centered, structured, and supportive. I believe all students can learn when given the right tools, clear routines, and engaging resources. I focus on breaking down complex skills into manageable steps, providing visual supports, and incorporating hands-on practice to build confidence and independence. My goal is to create a learning environment where every student feels successful.

My own education history

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Education. I am certified in Elementary Education (K–6) and Special Education (K–12).

Additional biographical information

In addition to 18 years in special education, I’m also a parent of five and a grandparent. I understand first hand how important it is for learning resources to be clear, effective, and easy to use. That perspective inspires me to create materials that support both teachers and students in meaningful ways.
