To apply the concept of greater than or less than, use this real life application project. Students will work through comparing and contrasting statistics about the city they live in to another city within their state of their choice. They will use the concept of greater than and less than to compare these statistics. This is a short mini project that can be used as a center, used as an independent practice component, or utilized for homework.
