Place the different codes around your room, students will pair up with the their answer sheet and scan the different QR codes to receive their math question. It is a fun way to do centers on Halloween. All questions are related to the 4th grade 1st quarter curriculum.

This product has 4 printable fraction review math questions. It has 2 QR codes. One of the codes provides a hint (a key word or a formula) Then the second QR code is self checking. These questions are common core aligned.
