About the store
I started teaching in 2014 and have a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from UOP and a Master's in Elementary Education Administration from GCU. I am a General Education teacher with the SPED students and the Autism push-in. I have taught all elementary subjects and have been departmentalized, teaching both ELA and Math. I was also an interventionist teaching kindergarten through 5th-grade interventions for two years. Currently, I am teaching 4th grade at an elementary school in Las Vegas, NV.

Experience

Teaching style
My teaching style is ever evolving. I don't follow a textbook style. I believe that all students can learn it is just a matter of meeting children where they are and helping them grow to where they need to be. I also believe that children deserve a teacher that not only wants to be in the classroom but wants to be with them.

Additional biographical information
I am a mother of 2 full time and a "Mom" to 30 kids each year. I am a wife to a wonderfully hardworking and understanding man. (I think all teachers have to be married to understanding men.) I love teaching and everything involved. It is a lot of work perhaps but when you're passionate about making a difference in these children's lives it is worth doing.
