Students can be given up to 4 different liquids to test the pH levels to determine if it is an Acid or a Base. Students can complete this lab form as they go through their lab. This lab form takes them through the Scientific Process where they will make predictions, observations, state their claims, and interpret their data in written form. The final page has a quick review questions on the pH scale.

This is rubric will let your students know what they need to include in their Animal Research Project to receive full credit. This rubric was used in a primary classroom, but can be modified to use in an Intermediate classroom. This rubric will print on two pages.
