Students can be given up to 4 different liquids to test the pH levels to determine if it is an Acid or a Base. Students can complete this lab form as they go through their lab. This lab form takes them through the Scientific Process where they will make predictions, observations, state their claims, and interpret their data in written form. The final page has a quick review questions on the pH scale.
