This data notebook is to be used for individual students. It will allow each student to become more accountable for his/her learning. Some pages will require individual assessments as oppose to whole group tests such as sight word knowledge. Each student will show their growth throughout the school year. s reading and math data. ******THIS ACTIVITY CAN BE USED DIGITALLY ******•Use these boxes to review sight words daily, weekly, quarterly etc. all while moving around the classroom! •Print boxes on card stock and laminate each square to allow the option of writing new words with dry erase markers when the boxes are used. •Place the boxes around the classroom: on the floor, the tables, walls etc. This resource can be used by putting your classroom into small groups of no more than 4 students.Place 5

This bracelet will allow your students to retell stories from the beginning, middle to the end using beads of different colors and shapes (not included). They can then keep the bracelet for later use as they read with partners or independently throughout the school year.
