Hens Happenings

Students will conduct group research on a natural disaster of their choice on a guided webquest with the links under each question. There is a culminating activity for the project where students must present a summary of the disaster (hurricane, tsunami, etc) and how to prepare for this natural disaster.

Testing Treat Bag Tag

Students can use this graphic organizer to identify different types of figurative language such as; similes, metaphors, idioms etc using poetry books. Students must be able to decipher between what it says and what it means.
